Apartments & Studios for long term rental
Buying is sometimes not the ideal answer for everyone. Maybe you have other commitments in the UK or would like to try before you buy. Maybe you would like to be living in Alonissos whilst you are building your own dream house in which case rental could be the ideal solution.
We have available two apartments and one studio for long term rental.
The apartments are situated in Patitiri about fifty metres back from the harbour. They are within easy walking distance of shops and tavernas . Swimming is nearby from the village beach or from the rocks on the back of the Kavos peninsula. However, the apartments are within easy walking distance of at least three other lovely beaches. Each of the apartments is different.
They are all double glazed and air conditioned. They are newly furnished and each has its own electricity meter. Water rates are included in the rental cost. There is free unlimited Wifi in the building. Minimum rental is one year and maximum is five years on a rental lease.
Tenants are offered free usage of the apartments year round. If they wish their children to use the apartments or to have friends to stay then this is fine but the tenancy agreement does not allow for sub-letting.
Apartment 1
This is the largest apartment at approximately 42 square metres. It has a very large sitting room with open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. The sitting room has a double settee which opens into a double bed and can provide extra sleeping accommodation if necessary. Off the sittingroom is a large shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Next to the sitting room is a good sized double bedroom with king sized bed and fitted wardrobes. There is a balcony off the sittingroom with good sea views.
Studio 2
This would be ideal for a couple or a singleton. It offers a good sized double bedroom with a separate bathroom. Off the bedroom is a private balcony with sea views which is plenty large enough to take an outside table and chairs.
Apartment 3
This apartment is approximately 35 square metres. It comprises of a large sitting room with open plan kitchen. Off this room is a shower room – fully equipped and tiled. Leading from the sittingroom is a double bedroom with king sized bed and fitted wardrobes. Again the sitting room could double up as extra accommodation on an occasional basis. Off the sitting room is a large private balcony which will accommodate a table and chairs.
The rooftop area of the building offers hanging space for washing and there is a fully equipped area with washing machine, ironing board and press etc.
There is also a covered sunshade area and BBQ area which tenants are welcome to use. The rooftop offers superb views, a restful shady area for reading and space to get the last rays of the sun for sunbathing.
Rentals vary from £250 to £350 per month.
