Apartments & Studios for long term rental
We have apartments and studios for long term rental. These are mainly in Patitiri or in Votsi. These are available for a minimum of one year rental and a maximum of five years on renewable lease. Tenants are offered free usage of the apartments all year around. If they wish their family to use the apartments or to have friends to stay then this is fine but the tenancy agreement does not allow sub-letting
However, be warned that long term rental accommodation is at a premium in Alonissos and difficult to come by but its always worth contacting us, just in case.
Rentals vary from £400 to £500 per month depending on size and facilities.
