Our approach is designed to help you – and to help Alonissos. We take time to make sure that the house you choose is right for you and ticks all the 'boxes'. We will help you to settle in easily and know your way around the island and its facilities and to become part of the island's community if you so wish.
Our approach is also designed to be as stress-free as possible. Karen spends part of the year in the UK, so if you want to discuss options without coming to Alonissos, we can come to you either in the UK or indeed elsewhere in Europe.
Whenever you come to the island during the buying or viewing process we can advise you on flights, arrange accommodation and hire you a car.
We handle all the legal documentation and background searches as necessary in the purchasing process. Our service is transparent with no hidden costs. In short, we will be there to offer help and advice at every stage of the process.
