It must be said there is also our island emergency helipad in this area but this is rarely used, is not lit at night and guarantees the clear sea views.
The garden of the property has pomegranate, almond, apricot, lemon and oranges. There are also many plants and shrubs including jasmine, rose, honeysuckle, bay, wisteria, bougainvillea and other. The remainder of the garden area is shingled.
